im sick :c

i had surgery of the vocal cords and lungs , lungs that I have asthma and not breathing well and the vocal cords that dysphonic quedava me singing and talking and that's not happened to me  .... so after (yesterday in the night ) i was throwing up blood now  , i was up all the night to throwing  ;; my mouth bleeding soo much and this is in real ;; im soo sick and i dun wanna die ;; i have feber ;; and i feel sooo baddddd D':
